THE CHESTERFIELD

At Archivist 1of1 we have a real affection for the quintessentially British Chesterfield.

So it was only right to start our interior collection by reviving vintage and antique leather pieces to the highest standard.

 

Our colours are an ode to the classic Chesterfield palette; Oxbloods, Racing Greens, Tans, Browns and Blacks…with our own contemporary, off-kilter twist of course.

Our design house has taken special care to create bespoke  carved wooden feet alongside hand antiqued stud detailing.

 

Not old, not new and no two the same.

THE WOODTURNING

Each of our Chesterfields has a unique set of bun feet with antiqued metal castors. The feet are designed to a pattern that is specific to the piece; Carved on a traditional lathe, stained by hand, with a gloss varnish finish.
